We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, you’re warmly welcome at Citta Flow. Our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at — physically, mentally, and emotionally — with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and relaxation.
Classes are grounded in traditional Hatha and Hatha Flow styles, taught with care, clarity, and respect for each student. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. You just need to come as you are.
At Citta Flow, we keep things simple, supportive, and down-to-earth. No egos, no pressure — just space to breathe, stretch, and feel good in your body again.

Important Information before booking your first class.
To help you feel supported from the moment you book, please take a moment to read the important information below. These steps ensure your practice is safe, comfortable, and tailored to your needs. If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to arrive 10–15 minutes early to chat with your teacher before class or send us an email.

All classes are booked in advance through Momoyoga. Scroll down to find your class and select “Book Now.”
Health Questionnaire
Please complete the Health Questionnaire (Download here) and either email it to hello@cittaflow.com.au or bring it along to your first session. We also have forms available in the studio.
Health & Safety
If you’re pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, managing an injury, or living with any medical or health condition, please seek clearance from your doctor or health-care provider before attending. Your wellbeing guides everything we do.
Your Practice
Everyone is encouraged to practise within their own limits. Listening to your body is an important part of the practice.
Waiver & Registration
A signed Waiver & Release is required before joining any class. You’ll see this form as you move through the Momoyoga registration steps.
When You Arrive
Doors open 15 minutes before class begins. If this is your first time, please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can help you settle in and chat privately if needed.
Please:
• Remove your shoes before entering
• Switch your phone to silent
• Place your belongings on the shelves provided inside the studio
We aim to keep the studio a peaceful space—a little sanctuary from the busy world—so please keep voices soft and honour the quiet of others already in the room.
What to Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat. All other props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring personal items you prefer.
As you leave, carry that sense of ease and spaciousness with you into the rest of your day.

We use the Momoyoga app for all of our class reservations, courses and payments, Scroll down click the “BOOK NOW” button to register for your first class, once registered you will have the option of purchasing a class pass, or membership — we’d love to meet you on the mat soon.
Handy Tips for Booking via Momoyoga
Important: Purchasing a class pass or membership does not automatically reserve your place in a class. After buying a pass you will see the pass(es) or membership you have purchased by logging into Momoyoga “Account .
Head back to the schedule, book your class via the Momoyoga app to secure your space on the mat.
Sign your waiver before your first class — it only needs to be completed once.
Classes can fill quickly! If a class is full, join the waitlist and you’ll be notified if a spot opens.
Tip: Already purchased your pass? Welcome! But please don’t forget to book your class to guarantee your spot on the mat!

Please bring a yoga mat.
We have eco-friendly yoga props you can use in the studio. Cork Blocks, Cotton Blankets and linen covered bolsters and eye pillows.
Bring a water bottle (no glass bottles please) and perhaps a sweatshirt or light jumper for relaxation at the end.

Take off your shoes and leave them in the shoe bench outside the door.
Arrive Early: Give yourself time to settle in before class starts.
Turn Off Devices: Avoid distractions by turning off your phone and smart watch.
For the respect and privacy of all students we ask that no video’s or photos are taken inside the studio.

Bookings are essential. We use Momoyoga app to schedule our classes.
Go to our Class Timetable page, scroll down and you’ll see a “Book Now” button. This will take you through the Momoyoga application where you can register, book and pay for classes.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid anything too loose or restrictive.

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel please log into your Momoyoga account or head to Momoyoga phone app.
Then:
Click the Class you have booked, tap on the booking.

We have heaps of parking at the back of the studio. Access via Railway Road, or Stirk St.
Plus parking at the front on Haynes Street (Depending on the time of day)

No! Yoga is for everyone, including beginners and those who aren’t flexible. Flexibility and strength comes with time. You can modify poses and rest whenever you need to.

Absolutely!! Yoga is for everyone, and every body!.. Many students are beginners. We offer guidance and modifications as needed.

You’re not expected to do every pose perfectly. Yoga is not about performance. It’s about exploring the movement and breath and enjoying yourself. You can rest, skip poses, or use props. The teacher will help you adjust things for your body.

There are private toilets, plus a changing area on-site, but no shower.

The studio will be open 15 minutes before class starts.
Please arrive 10-15 mins before the start of a class, especially if it’s your first time. It gives you time to get settled, chat with the teacher, and avoid feeling rushed.
