We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, you’re warmly welcome at Citta Flow. Our classes are designed to meet you where you’re at — physically, mentally, and emotionally — with a focus on mindful movement, breath, and relaxation.
Classes are grounded in traditional Hatha and Hatha Flow styles, taught with care, clarity, and respect for each student. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. You just need to come as you are.
At Citta Flow, we keep things simple, supportive, and down-to-earth. No egos, no pressure — just space to breathe, stretch, and feel good in your body again.

We use the Momoyoga app for all of our class reservations, courses and payments, Scroll down click the “BOOK NOW” button to register for your first class, once registered you will have the option of purchasing a class pass, or membership — we’d love to meet on the mat soon.

If you have a yoga mat, bring it along. We have mats and props you can use too, but check ahead. Bring a water bottle and perhaps a sweatshirt or light jumper or blanket for relaxation at the end.

Take off your shoes and leave them in the shoe bench outside the door.
Arrive Early: Give yourself time to settle in before class starts.
Turn Off Devices: Avoid distractions by turning off your phone.
For the respect and privacy of all students we ask that no video’s or photos are taken inside the studio.

Bookings are essential. We use Momoyoga app to schedule our classes.
Go to our Class Timetable page, scroll down and you’ll see a “Book Now” button. This will take you through the Momoyoga application where you can register, book and pay for classes.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Avoid anything too loose or restrictive.

Yes, there is plenty of street parking along Haynes Street, along with a rear entrance car park which you can access via Railway St/Stirk St.

No! Yoga is for everyone, including beginners and those who aren’t flexible. Flexibility and strength comes with time. You can modify poses and rest whenever you need to.

Absolutely!! Yoga is for everyone, and every body!.. Many students are beginners. We offer guidance and modifications as needed.

Yes, ideally we prefer students to have their own yoga mats, for hygiene purposes. We have a small amount of yoga mats for students to use, though.

We teach classical Hatha and Hatha Flow classes. Our classes are tailored to each student and suitable for beginners, seniors, and experienced yogi’s.

You’re not expected to do every pose perfectly. Yoga is not about performance. It’s about exploring the movement and breath and enjoying yourself. You can rest, skip poses, or use props. The teacher will help you adjust things for your body.

The studio will be open 15 minutes before class starts.
Please arrive 10-15 mins before the start of a class, especially if it’s your first time. It gives you time to get settled, chat with the teacher, and avoid feeling rushed.

We invite you to join us on a regular basis and offer a 15% discount off our our Unlimited Membership or 10 Class Pass for 3 months after your Intro Offer expires.
10 Class Pass with 15% discount = $246.50.

There are toilets on-site, but we don’t have a changing room or shower.
