You’re in the Right Place If…

You’re looking for a grounded space to practice yoga. Perhaps you feel:

  • Stiff, sore, or out of sync with your body and low on energy.

  • Stressed and in need of a genuine way to switch off and find deep rest.

  • Recovering from injury or unsure if yoga is "for you" because of the usual fluff.

  • In need of a grounded community that values clarity and care over performance.

At Citta Flow, you’ll discover that classical yoga is a practical tool for modern life.

Our focus on the essentials helps you build physical strength, flexibility, and relaxation, while mentally enhancing clarity, calm, and emotional balance.

Each class is designed to help you breathe better, move with ease, and leave the mat feeling stronger and calmer in body and mind.

A Supportive Place to Begin

Hi, I’m Bron — Kalamunda local and founder of Citta Flow Yoga.

Yoga has been a part of my life for over 13 years, helping me navigate life’s ups and downs. That personal practice naturally drew me to teacher training. Along the way, I saw a gap in our local community for people who just wanted a practical, no-nonsense approach to yoga—whether they are stressed, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for genuine rest.

Whether you're joining us for Hatha, Restorative, or Yoga Nidra, our approach is simple: classical yoga taught with clarity and care.

At Citta Flow, we’ve traded the crystals and singing bowls for clear instructions, consistency, and meaningful silence. Our focus stays on the essentials of moving the body, working with the breath, and calming the mind, ensuring you leave class moving with more confidence and resting with more ease.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to be here. We’re a grounded, supportive community dedicated to helping you feel stronger, more stable, and finally at home in your own body.
