Hi, I’m Bronika—most people call me Bron. I’m a Kalamunda local and founder of Citta Flow.
I opened Citta Flow to offer classical Hatha yoga classes, workshops, and retreats for students seeking personal growth, healing, and balance.
I believe in compassionate, heart-centered teaching that guides students to move at their own pace. Through mindful movement, breath, and a focus on healing, we create an environment where students can feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. For me, the beauty of yoga is always in how a pose feels, not how it looks.
You don't need to be flexible or have years of experience to join us; you simply need to arrive as you are. Together, we work toward moving with more ease and building a quiet confidence that stays with you long after you leave the mat.
