When life feels busy, your wellbeing often comes last.

You spend your days looking after work, family, responsibilities and everyone else. By the time you get to yourself, there's very little left.

You might be feeling:

  • Constantly busy, with little time that feels like it's truly yours

  • Stiff, tense or uncomfortable in your body

  • Mentally overloaded and finding it difficult to switch off

  • Unsure whether yoga is for you because you're “not flexible enough”

  • Ready to move again after injury, illness or time away, but unsure where to start

If this sounds familiar, you're not alone.

You don't need to be fitter, more flexible or more experienced before you begin. Citta Flow gives you a supportive place to start — with practices that help you move, breathe and create a little more space in your week.

— Bronika Carter, Studio Owner

  • After 12 months away from yoga, I was looking for a small, gentle Hatha class and found exactly what I needed at Citta Flow. It's such a relaxing experience compared to faster-paced classes where you feel like you're struggling to keep up. Bronika's calm, guided teaching and the small class sizes make the studio feel welcoming and unintimidating. It's exactly what I was searching for."

  • "It's my first time trying Yoga - having lower back issues with poor flexibility I felt I needed to try something. Although it's early days I'm beginning to feel some encouraging signs of improvement. I'm impressed with the variety from class to class - Bronika is always mixing it up - yet targeted - never boring. Genuinely feel like I'm in good hands!"

  • "Cannot speak highly enough of Bron and Citta Flow Yoga. I have tried and tested numerous studios and types of yoga and can honestly say Citta Flow Yoga is the one for me. From my first interaction with Bron, she showed kindness and empathy towards me and actually took the time to understand all my issues and why I had struggled to find the right yoga “fit”. I look forward to my classes each week now and urge you to try Citta Flow if you are looking for warm and safe space to enjoy your practice."

  • 'Bron at Citta flow is warm and welcoming, she makes everyone feel comfortable no matter whether you are new at yoga or been doing yoga for awhile to come and join in her yoga classes at her lovey studio Citta flow. The small class sizes also means that Bron has the time for each student and it’s so lovely walking in to a yoga class where they know your name and the teachers have time to get to know their students and can work with the students in their yoga journey!! I highly recommend Citta flow whether you are just starting your yoga journey or you have been doing yoga for years."

WHY CITTA FLOW?

WHY CITTA FLOW?

Yoga taught with clarity, care and attention.

Citta Flow was created to make yoga feel approachable, personal and genuinely enjoyable.

We believe small classes create a better learning experience. With a maximum of nine students, teachers have the time to get to know you, offer individual guidance and help you develop confidence in your practice.

Our teaching is grounded in Classical Hatha Yoga, with classes offering a slower, more considered approach. Every class brings together clear instruction, mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation.

Citta Flow welcomes people at every stage of their yoga journey, whether you're discovering yoga for the first time, returning after time away, or looking to deepen an established practice.

Our students tell us they value the calm atmosphere, supportive teaching, individual attention and sense of connection they experience at Citta Flow.

Ultimately, we want you to learn yoga, feel known and supported, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Whether you're completely new to yoga or ready to return to your practice, there's a place for you at Citta Flow.
