Hatha Yoga in Kalamunda, Perth Hills

Steady. Structured. Grounded in Breath.

For those who value precision over performance.

Real Yoga for Real Bodies.

Feeling tired, stiff, or stretched thin?

At Citta Flow, we teach yoga as it was intended โ€” steady, structured, and grounded in breath.

In a world of fast flows and performance-driven classes, we return to the foundations of traditional Hatha yoga: clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and consistent practice.

No trends.
No theatrics.
No pressure to perform.

Just intelligent, breath-led movement that builds strength, stability, and calm over time.

Our small-group classes in Kalamunda provide a focused, supportive environment where you can practise with confidence, clarity, and steady progression.

A Practice That Meets You Where You Are

If youโ€™ve ever felt out of place in a fast-paced class, youโ€™re not alone.

At Citta Flow, Hatha yoga is practised at a steady, considered pace. Postures are held long enough to build strength, improve balance, and develop real stability โ€” without rushing or performing.

Breath guides the movement.
Attention steadies the mind.
Consistency builds confidence.

This is not about pushing harder.
Itโ€™s about practising well.

Over time, many students notice:

โ€ข Less stiffness
โ€ข Improved sleep
โ€ข More stable energy
โ€ข Greater confidence in their body

Classes are thoughtfully sequenced in a small-group setting, with clear instruction and appropriate variations to support steady, sustainable progress.

Teaching with Clarity and Care

Hi, Iโ€™m Bronika โ€” most people call me Bron. Iโ€™m a Kalamunda local and the founder of Citta Flow.

After more than 13 years of personal practice, yoga has been a steady anchor through significant life transitions and health challenges. What began as something I turned to for strength and stability gradually became the foundation for how I live and teach.

I founded Citta Flow to offer yoga as it was intended โ€” steady, structured, and grounded in breath.

My classes are rooted in classical Hatha yoga, with clear instruction, thoughtful sequencing, and respect for the individual. The focus is not on how a pose looks, but on how it feels and how it supports your body over time.

You donโ€™t need to be flexible.
You donโ€™t need prior experience.
You simply need a willingness to practise.

Together, we work toward building strength, steadiness, and a quiet confidence that carries into everyday life.

I look forward to welcoming you into the practice.

Our Class Styles

Hatha Yoga

  • Hatha is a classical style of yoga, that most modern day styles of yoga have evolved from in the West.
Derived from Sanskrit, โ€œhaโ€ (sun) and โ€œthaโ€ (moon), Hatha symbolises balance โ€” the union of opposites within the body and mind.

Hatha Yoga originated in India as a method of preparing the body and nervous system for deep meditation. Through postures (asana), pranayama (breathing techniques), and focused awareness, the practice creates steadiness, strength, and clarity.

Rather than being separate elements, movement, breath, and attention work together. The physical practice builds stability and resilience, while pranayama and meditation cultivate calm and concentration.

At its heart, Hatha Yoga is about balance โ€” strength and softness, effort and ease, body and mind โ€” supporting a more grounded and focused way of living.

  • Regular Hatha practice can:

    • Improve strength and mobility

    • Support posture and joint health

    • Enhance balance and coordination

    • Regulate the nervous system

    • Reduce stress

    • Improve focus and mental clarity

    • Build long-term physical and emotional resilience

Because of its structured nature, students develop confidence, body awareness, and steady progress over time.

  • Hatha Yoga is suitable for:

    • Beginners wanting a clear foundation

    • Experienced practitioners seeking depth

    • Professionals managing high levels of responsibility

    • Anyone looking for a calm, intelligent practice

    • Those wanting to move gently while building strength

It is especially supportive for people who value understanding, consistency, and mindful movement.

  • We teach Hatha because it is a complete and time-tested system.

It integrates movement, breath, and awareness in a balanced way. The practice supports both physical strength and mental steadiness, helping students feel more grounded, focused, and at ease in daily life.

Hatha offers a consistent, intelligent approach to yoga that supports wellbeing for the long term.
