More than a yoga studio. A place to reconnect with yourself.

The name Citta comes from Sanskrit and inspired by the teachings of the Yoga Sutras, our name reflects the understanding that while we can't always stop our thoughts from arising, we can learn to relate to them with greater awareness and steadiness.

This philosophy guides everything we do.
