If you’ve been holding a lot together… you’re not alone

You’ve been managing work, family, responsibilities — and your body is starting to feel it.

You might notice:

  • You wake up tired, even after a full night in bed

  • Your neck or lower back aches more than it used to

  • Your balance feels a little off

  • Your energy comes and goes — or runs out quickly

You’re not looking for something intense.

You don’t want fast-paced classes or pressure to keep up.

You just want to feel steady again.

A Supportive Place to Begin

Hi, I’m Bron — founder of Citta Flow Yoga

I’m a Kalamunda local and have been practising yoga for over 13 years.

Citta Flow came from a simple idea: many people don’t need more intensity, they need something steady, clear, and easy to follow.

A space to move, breathe, and feel better in their body again without pressure or performance.

We teach classical Hatha yoga in a calm, structured way.

No rushing. No overwhelm. Just clear guidance and steady practice.

A simpler way to feel better in your body

Small Changes Add Up

When your body is tense and your energy is low, everything feels harder.

With consistent, steady practice, you may begin to feel:

  • More stable

  • Less tense

  • Clearer and more grounded

  • More at ease in your body

This isn’t about pushing harder with fast flows..
It’s about feeling better, gradually and sustainably.

Start with the 4 Week Reset

If you’re not sure where to begin, you’re not alone.

Most people start here.

The 4 Week Reset is a simple, structured way to:

  • Ease tension

  • Rebuild gentle strength

  • Feel more grounded and steady

All in a calm, supportive environment.
