The 3-Step Reset Process

    1. Arrive and Be Known

    Before you begin, we take time to understand you — your body, your energy, and your weekly rhythm.

    There’s nothing to prepare or figure out.
    You’re simply met where you are, so you can stop “starting over” and instead step into something already structured for you.

    2. Show Up and Be Guided

    Attend regular classes across the 28 days weeks in a small, friendly, community studio.

    Each session is fully guided — so there’s no thinking, planning, or deciding what to do.

    You just arrive, move slowly, breathe, and follow along at your own pace.

    3. Repeat and Settle

    With gentle consistency, your system begins to soften. You stop negotiating with yourself and stop overthinking your wellbeing.

    Instead, you start to feel something new: “This is just part of my week now.”
