A Safe, Welcoming Space for Every Body.

At Citta Flow, we teach yoga for real life.

Many of our students arrive feeling stressed, stiff, managing injury, chronic conditions, or simply unsure where to begin.

Without the right support, large group classes can feel too fast, too full, or difficult to follow, leaving people discouraged rather than supported.

That’s why our classes are intentionally small (maximum of nine students). You are seen, guided, and supported throughout your practice in a calm, unhurried space.

Holistic Wellbeing & Yoga Therapy.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning after time away, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Every class offers clear options and modifications so you can work at a pace that suits your body on the day—building strength, mobility, and confidence without pressure.

Our teaching is grounded in Classical Hatha Yoga—a steady, balanced practice that sits between effort and ease.

Unlike fast-paced flow styles or passive stretching alone, our classes combine movement, breath awareness, and meditation to support both body and mind.

What our students are saying

  • "I searched for a small class with gentle Hatha style/restorative yoga. I found the perfect class at Citta Flow in Kalamunda. It’s such a relaxing experience compared to other faster, confusing flows where you struggle to keep up. Bronika’s calming guided class is just what I was searching for. The studio is small and intimate, making for smaller, less intimidating class sizes.

    — Helen

  • “I’m an absolute beginner to yoga and was very lucky to come across Bronika’s classes. Citta Flow has helped me build strength and confidence with each class. I always feel gently guided through the poses, with my limitations taken into account so I never feel overwhelmed. The classes are welcoming and supportive, and I didn’t feel like a ‘complete beginner’ at all. Bronika has a wealth of knowledge, and the more I attend, the more I learn.”

    — Gina

  • "It's my first time trying Yoga - having lower back issues with poor flexibility I felt I needed to try something. Although it's early days I'm beginning to feel some encouraging signs of improvement. I'm impressed with the variety from class to class - Bronika is always mixing it up - yet targeted - never boring. Genuinely feel like I'm in good hands!"

New to Yoga? or Citta Flow

We invite you to start with one of our regular weekly classes. Hatha yoga, at its foundation, is one of the most supportive styles for beginners or anyone returning to practice after time away.

Our Beginnings

After more than 13 years of personal practice, studio owner Bron founded Citta Flow to bring yoga into the local community in a way that is calm, accessible, and supportive for everyday life.

Today, the studio helps students move, and breath well and improve mobility, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

The story behind “Citta”

In Sanskrit, Citta (pronounced Chit-tah) refers to the mind, including your thoughts, emotions, memories, and patterns of awareness.

Through steady movement and conscious breath, you learn to observe these inner fluctuations with gentle awareness. Rather than getting caught up in every passing thought or reaction, you practice watching them arise and settle. Over time, this builds a beautiful sense of calm, clarity, and ease that stays with you long after you step off the mat.

Yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ — "Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind."

— Patanjali. Yoga Sutra 1.2
