There’s plenty of easy parking close by (Stirk Street and Railway Road), and step-free access via a ramp so you can arrive with ease.

We’re a small studio, so bookings are essential. We use Momoyoga to schedule classes.

Please bring a yoga mat.
We have eco-friendly yoga props you can use in the studio. Cork Blocks, Cotton Blankets and linen covered bolsters and eye pillows.
Bring a water bottle (no glass bottles please) and perhaps a sweatshirt or light jumper for relaxation at the end.

Our Hatha yoga classes are very suitable for beginners. Hatha is taught at a slower, more steady pace, with clear guidance and time to explore each posture safely. This makes it ideal for those new to yoga, as well as for anyone returning after a break.
In class, poses are broken down step by step, with options and props offered so you can move in a way that suits your body. You’re encouraged to work with your own breath, ability, and comfort level — there’s no pressure to keep up or push beyond your limits.
Hatha yoga builds strong foundations, confidence, and body awareness, making it a perfect place to begin your yoga journey.

Take off your shoes and leave them in the shoe bench outside the door.
Arrive Early: Give yourself time to settle in before class starts.
Turn Off Devices: Avoid distractions by turning off your phone and smart watch.
For the respect and privacy of all students we ask that no video’s or photos are taken inside the studio.
