A Supportive Place to Begin

Hi, I’m Bronika, most people call me Bron. I’m Kalamunda local and the founder of Citta Flow.

Yoga has been part of my life for over 13 years, supporting me through life’s transitions and challenges. What began as a personal practice naturally grew into teaching.

At Citta Flow, I share a slower, supportive style of Hatha Yoga designed to help your body feel better, not just in class, but in everyday life. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced, just willing to move and follow your breath.

In our small, welcoming classes, we take time to notice how your body moves, how you’re holding yourself, and how your breath can support you. Step by step, this gentle approach helps your body feel more stable, open, and at ease.

It’s a practice that meets you where you are, guiding you to move with confidence, comfort, and awareness, while reconnecting with your body in a supportive community.
