Citta Flow was created from a simple need: to return yoga to its roots and make it accessible for real, busy lives. After practicing yoga for 13 years and completing her teacher training, Studio Owner Bron founded Citta Flow because she struggled to find a space that didn’t feel fast, overwhelming, or confusing. Every class here is shaped by that decade of experience and a single intention: to provide calm structure, breath-led movement, and a practice you can return to with confidence

Meet Our Teachers

We teach Hatha Yoga, a foundational, steady style that aligns the body and mind through physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Rather than following trends, we stay committed to a clear, classical approach. By holding poses for several breaths, we build strength and functional flexibility while creating the mental stillness needed for true stress reduction

Beginners Yoga

Start your journey at Citta Flow with clarity and care. This foundational program is designed to give you the confidence to join regular classes while providing practical tools to help you unwind and de-stress from the demands of modern life.

Over four weeks, you will learn, Foundational Postures, building a safe and steady physical practice. Breath Techniques, simple, effective methods to calm the mind. Philosophy, understanding the roots of a grounded practice. Next program starts 13th May 2026.

4 Week Reset

When life is flat-out, your own wellbeing is often the first thing to slip. You spend your energy looking after everyone else, but over time, that constant " switched on" mode leaves you feeling run-down and out of rhythm.

We created the 4-Week Reset to change that. It’s a guided, simple structure designed to help you intentionally slow down, rebuild your consistency, and finally feel at home in your body again.And this is exactly what the 4 Week Reset is designed to do.
