After 13 years of personal practice, Studio Owner Bron created Citta Flow to offer the kind of yoga she couldn’t easily find — calm, clear, welcoming classes that feel steady, not fast, confusing, or overwhelming.

Every class is shaped by this experience, with a simple intention: to help people feel better through breath-led movement, supportive structure, and consistent practice.

Join us for weekly classes

We offer regular weekly classes 7 days a week at our studio in Kalamunda. Every session is taught with clarity, care, and consistency, ensuring you feel supported from the moment you arrive.

Beginners Yoga

Start your journey at Citta Flow with clarity and care. This foundational program is designed to give you the confidence to join regular classes while providing practical tools to help you unwind and de-stress from the demands of modern life.

Over four weeks, you will learn foundational yoga, understand how to move with more awareness, breathe with more ease, and step into general classes feeling steady and confident.

The Winter Flow Pass gives you unlimited access to our regular classes, all suitable for complete beginners and welcoming to all levels.

We use Momoyoga to schedule our classes, and manage your bookings. You can download the Momoyoga App to your phone, or scroll through the below live schedule to book classes, pay for class passes or join with a membership.

Once the Momoyoga App has been downloaded, search Citta Flow in the “studio” tab, view schedule, pricing and book your classes.

  • Bookings and Payments

    We use Momoyoga to manage our bookings at Citta Flow. Momoyoga is a booking platform created 10 + years ago and was designed specifically for yoga studios, helping us stay organised and making it simple for you to book your classes. As a small studio with just 9 spots per class, it allows us to manage bookings fairly and efficiently.

    Payments

    All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a global payment provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Stripe is one of the most trusted and secure payment systems available, and it ensures your bank or credit card details are fully encrypted and protected. At no point do we see or store your full card details.

    If you are on the waitlist please keep an eye on your emails, this is how Momoyoga notifies you if you have been added to the class.

    New Student? please print and complete a New Student Registration Form and bring it along to your first class, please arrive 5 mins earlier if there is anything you like to discuss with your teacher before class. We also have printed copies in the studio.
