At Citta Flow, we teach yoga for real people. Many of our students come to us experiencing stress, stiffness, mobility limitations, chronic conditions, pain, or balance challenges.

That’s why we intentionally limit every class to a maximum of just nine students. Smaller classes create a calm, spacious environment where you never feel lost in a crowd. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to move with more ease, or wanting to build strength and confidence, you'll receive the individual guidance, personalised support, and genuine care you need to feel comfortable and progress at your own pace.

We welcome everyone—from complete beginners taking their first steps on the mat, to experienced practitioners looking to go deeper. In every class, we provide clear options and modifications so you can find the 'just-right' challenge for your body today.

At Citta Flow, we teach Classical Hatha, the ultimate balanced practice that navigates the space between physical effort and deep mental ease. Unlike fast-paced modern flows or purely passive stretching, our classes integrate movement, breath awareness, and meditation.

The story behind “Citta”

In Sanskrit, Citta (pronounced Chit-tah) refers to the mind, including your thoughts, emotions, memories, and patterns of awareness.

Through steady movement and conscious breath, you learn to observe these inner fluctuations with gentle awareness. Rather than getting caught up in every passing thought or reaction, you practice watching them arise and settle. Over time, this builds a beautiful sense of calm, clarity, and ease that stays with you long after you step off the mat.

Our Beginnings

After 13 years of personal practice, Studio Owner Bron founded Citta Flow to create a space where yoga is accessible, sustainable and grounded in tradition. Through calm, structured and welcoming classes, Citta Flow supports students in developing lifelong practices that enhance health, mobility, resilience and overall wellbeing.

If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga but aren’t sure where to start, you’re in the right place.

At Citta Flow, most of our students begin as complete beginners. That’s why we’ve created Start Hatha Yoga with Confidence—our signature pathway for new students.

This gentle, supportive introduction is designed to help you feel at ease from your very first visit, building confidence step by step in a calm and welcoming environment.

In this small-group session, you’ll learn the foundations of Hatha yoga at a relaxed pace, including simple movement, breathing, and alignment principles, along with guidance on how to use props safely and effectively.

There’s plenty of support, time for questions, and space to move in a way that feels right for your body.

There’s no need to be flexible, fit, or experienced. Just a willingness to begin.
