After 13 years of practice, Studio Owner, Bron created Citta Flow to offer the kind of yoga she couldn’t easily find — calm, clear, welcoming classes that weren’t fast, confusing or overwhelming.

Every class is shaped by that experience and a simple intention: helping people feel better through breath-led movement and steady practice.

Join us for weekly classes

We offer 13 regular weekly classes 7 days a week at our community studio in Kalamunda. Every session is taught with clarity, care, and consistency, ensuring you feel supported from the moment you arrive.

Beginners Yoga

Start your journey at Citta Flow with clarity and care. This foundational program is designed to give you the confidence to join regular classes while providing practical tools to help you unwind and de-stress from the demands of modern life.

Over four weeks, you will learn, Foundational Postures, to help you build a safe and steady practice. Breath Techniques to calm the mind, sprinkled with some Indian Yoga Philosophy to bring everything together.

4 Week Reset

When life is flat-out, your own wellbeing is often the first thing to slip. You spend your energy looking after everyone else, but over time, that constant " switched on" mode leaves you feeling run-down and out of rhythm.

We created the 4-Week Reset to change that. It’s a guided, simple structure designed to help you intentionally slow down, rebuild your consistency, and finally feel at home in your body again.And this is exactly what the 4 Week Reset is designed to do.
