A Supportive Place to Begin
Hi, I’m Bronika — most people call me Bron. I’m a Kalamunda local and the founder of Citta Flow Yoga.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 13 years, guiding me through life’s transitions and challenges. What started as a personal practice naturally grew into teaching, because I wanted to share the calm, strength, and confidence yoga brings.
At Citta Flow, I teach a slower, supportive style of Hatha yoga designed to help your body feel better — not just in class, but in everyday life. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — just willing to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
In our small, welcoming classes, we notice how your body moves, how you’re holding tension, and how your breath can support you. Step by step, this gentle approach helps your body feel stronger, more stable, and at ease, while guiding you to move with confidence and awareness.
It’s yoga that meets you where you are, in a supportive community that cares about your well-being — a space to restore, strengthen, and feel at home in your body again.
