Our Beginnings
After 13 years of personal practice, Studio Owner Bron created Citta Flow to offer the kind of yoga she couldn’t easily find — calm, clear, welcoming classes that feel steady, not fast, confusing, or overwhelming.
Every class is shaped by this experience, with a simple intention: to help people feel better through breath-led movement, supportive structure, and consistent practice.

We offer regular weekly classes 7 days a week at our studio in Kalamunda. Every session is taught with clarity, care, and consistency, ensuring you feel supported from the moment you arrive.

Beginners Yoga
Start your journey at Citta Flow with clarity and care. This foundational program is designed to give you the confidence to join regular classes while providing practical tools to help you unwind and de-stress from the demands of modern life.
Over four weeks, you will learn foundational yoga, understand how to move with more awareness, breathe with more ease, and step into general classes feeling steady and confident.
