Feel calmer in your mind and more at ease in your body.

We help busy professionals who are tired, stiff, and running on empty finally feel calm and strong—without fast-paced classes or spending hours in the gym.

Located in the heart of Kalamunda, our studio limits classes to just nine spots. That means you’ll never get stuck at the back of a crowded, dusty hall trying to keep up or wondering what to do next.

We believe that real progress starts when you slow down. Our classes focus on moving with your breath to build strength, flexibility, and mobility while offering techniques to calm a busy mind. And don’t worry if you’re not flexible—flexibility comes with regular practice.

When life feels busy, your wellbeing often comes last.

You spend your days looking after everyone else—work, family, endless responsibilities. By the time you get to yourself, there’s nothing left in the tank.

Feeling stiff, stressed, or unsure if yoga is for you? That is completely normal. You don't need to fit a certain mold to step into our studio. Most of our students are beginners.

Citta Flow is a calm, supportive space built for real bodies and busy lives. No fast-paced routines or crowded rooms—just simple, intentional movement to help you:

  • Ease physical stiffness and move with comfort again

  • Unwind a busy mind and release daily stress

  • Reclaim a little room in your week just for you

You don't need to be flexible, fit, or experienced to start. You just need to show up as you are.

Hi, I'm Bron, owner of Citta Flow Yoga, Kalamunda.

I know firsthand how much a single hour of movement and breath can transform your day—and how you feel in your mind and body.

Between caring for my teenage son, supporting my elderly mum, running a small business, and managing family life, I get it. I know what it’s like to juggle endless responsibilities while desperately needing an hour that is genuinely yours.

It’s the reason I created the 28-Day Reset. I wanted to build a welcoming space for anyone who wants to feel better, maintain strength and mobility as they age, and make movement a lasting part of their routine—without feeling intimidated by busy studios or forced to figure it out alone.

"You don't have to be flexible to begin. You simply need a place where you feel supported enough to start."

  • After 12 months away from yoga, I was looking for a small, gentle Hatha class and found exactly what I needed at Citta Flow. It's such a relaxing experience compared to faster-paced classes where you feel like you're struggling to keep up. Bronika's calm, guided teaching and the small class sizes make the studio feel welcoming and unintimidating. It's exactly what I was searching for."

  • "It's my first time trying Yoga - having lower back issues with poor flexibility I felt I needed to try something. Although it's early days I'm beginning to feel some encouraging signs of improvement. I'm impressed with the variety from class to class - Bronika is always mixing it up - yet targeted - never boring. Genuinely feel like I'm in good hands!"

  • "Cannot speak highly enough of Bron and Citta Flow Yoga. I have tried and tested numerous studios and types of yoga and can honestly say Citta Flow Yoga is the one for me. From my first interaction with Bron, she showed kindness and empathy towards me and actually took the time to understand all my issues and why I had struggled to find the right yoga “fit”. I look forward to my classes each week now and urge you to try Citta Flow if you are looking for warm and safe space to enjoy your practice."

  • 'Bron at Citta flow is warm and welcoming, she makes everyone feel comfortable no matter whether you are new at yoga or been doing yoga for awhile to come and join in her yoga classes at her lovey studio Citta flow. The small class sizes also means that Bron has the time for each student and it’s so lovely walking in to a yoga class where they know your name and the teachers have time to get to know their students and can work with the students in their yoga journey!! I highly recommend Citta flow whether you are just starting your yoga journey or you have been doing yoga for years."

WHY CITTA FLOW?

WHY CITTA FLOW?

Yoga taught with clarity, care and attention.

We believe small classes create a better learning experience.

With a maximum of nine students, our teachers have the time to actually get to know you — how your body moves, where you're holding tension and what you need on any given day.

Our teaching is grounded in Classical Hatha Yoga: a traditional, considered style that builds strength, mobility and body awareness at a pace that respects where you are today — not where you think you should be.

Every class brings together clear instruction, mindful movement, breath awareness and relaxation, so you understand why you're doing what you're doing, rather than simply following along.

Our teachers bring real experience supporting students through the moments that matter — recovering from injury, returning to movement after time away and adapting practice as bodies change with age.

You'll leave each class moving a little more freely than when you arrived, with the confidence that comes from being taught properly.

Never rushed. Never guessing. Never comparing yourself to anyone else in the room.

Ready to make some space for yourself?

Whether you're completely new to yoga or ready to return to your practice, there's a place for you at Citta Flow.
