YOGA CLASSES IN KALAMUNDA

Weekly Classes

    Gentle Hatha

In Gentle Hatha, we move at a steady, considered pace — allowing time to build strength, balance, and stability while remaining anchored to the breath.

Classes include foundational postures (Asana) and guided Prāṇāyāma (traditional breath regulation techniques), supporting both physical resilience and mental steadiness.

Because we progress gradually and offer thoughtful variations, this class suits a broad range of students — from those returning after time away, to pregnant practitioners, to anyone who prefers a slower, more supported approach.

Gentle Hatha is not about doing less.
    It’s about building well.

    Hatha Yoga

Our Hatha Yoga classes are steady, structured, and thoughtfully sequenced to support gradual progression over time.

Suitable for healthy adults, this class offers clear variations to accommodate different bodies while maintaining the integrity of the practice.

Sessions include a balanced combination of held postures (Asana), strength and stability work, mobility, and guided Prāṇāyāma. Movement is paced with intention — allowing you to build resilience, improve balance, and develop confidence without rushing.

You can expect a practice that is grounded and practical, helping you better understand how to move, breathe, and steady the mind in a way that supports everyday life.

    Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice designed to help the body and mind unwind. Using supportive props the body is gently held in comfortable poses for several minutes at a time.

With the body fully supported, muscles can soften and let go of stored tension. This allows the nervous system to settle and encourages a deep sense of rest and restoration.

This class is ideal if you are feeling tired, stressed, or simply in need of a slower, nurturing practice.

    Yoga Nidra

Deep Recovery for the Modern Mind

Forget the crystal bowls and the fluff. Yoga Nidra translates to “Yogic Sleep,” but the goal isn't to drift off—it’s a practice of staying conscious while your body rests deeply.

in this one hour class you simply lie comfortably while we guide you through a specific sequence designed to slow the brain and release physical tension. By slowing down and letting silence do the work, you provide your nervous system with the consistency it needs to truly recover.

Through clear instructions and meaningful silence, we help you move from a state of "doing" to a state of being.
