Terms & Conditions of Citta Flow
Effective: June 2025 By booking or attending a class, course, workshop, retreat, or using this website (www.cittaflow.com.au) or Citta Flow MomoYoga App/Website you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings & Payments
Book Online Only: Because our beautiful studio only holds 9 students per class, all bookings must be made in advance via Momoyoga. We cannot accept walk-ins or cash payments at the studio.
Upfront Payment: Payment is required when you book unless we’ve made a special arrangement with you.
Refund Policy: All sales for memberships, class passes, courses, and workshops are final. We only issue refunds if Citta Flow cancels the event or class.
Membership Autopay: Memberships are debited monthly from your nominated card or bank account, starting on the day you sign up.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, Momoyoga will notify you and retry every 48 hours (up to 3 times). After 4 failed attempts, your membership will be suspended until it's paid. We cannot offer discounts or refunds for days you missed due to a suspended membership. Your Momoyoga account will be locked and you will not be able to book classes until payment is made.
Price Changes: Membership prices may increase occasionally to cover studio costs. We will always give you written notice before any changes happen.
Class Cancellations by Us: To run a class, we need a minimum of 4 students booked in 4 hours beforehand. If we don't hit this minimum, the class may be cancelled (especially those taught by our Independent Contractors). You will be notified by email and text.
2. Yoga Class Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
How to Cancel: All cancellations must be done directly through the Momoyoga app. We cannot accept cancellations via text, email, or verbal messages.
The 2-Hour Window: Please cancel at least 2 hours before class starts. If you cancel later than this, or don't show up, it counts as a "No-Show."
Because we only have space for 9 mats in the studio we request that our students do not bulk book classes then cancel last minute.
Late Arrivals: For safety and flow, we cannot let you in if you are late. This will be counted as a late cancellation/no-show.
Class Pass Holders: If you late-cancel or no-show, you will forfeit that class from your pass.
Membership Holders and 30 Days of Yoga Intro Offer: We understand things happen, but if you late-cancel or no-show twice within a 14-day period, a $20 penalty fee will be charged to your account.
30 Days of Yoga Intro Offer. Valid from date of purchase for 30 consecutive days after. If you do not cancel before 2 hour cancellation window, no show, or arrive late the studio owner reserves the right to cancel your 30 Days Yoga Intro Offer.
3. Late Arrival & Studio Entry Policy
Door Lock Policy: To protect the safety, focus, and experience of our students, the studio door is locked exactly at the scheduled class start time. This allows everyone to settle, center, and quiet the mind without disruption.
When to Arrive: Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you have plenty of time to get settled and set up your mat.
If You Are Late: If you arrive after class has started and the door is locked, entry will not be permitted.
Missed Classes: Missing a class due to lateness will be treated as a No-Show, in line with our cancellation policy.
4. Annual Studio Closure & Public Holidays
Planned Breaks: Citta Flow closes for up to 2–3 weeks each calendar year (including Public Holidays) to allow our teachers to rest, maintain the studio, and refresh the schedule. We will always give you plenty of notice before these breaks.
Membership Adjustments: Closures of 14+ days: If the studio closes for 14 consecutive days or more, all Unlimited Membership payments will be paused automatically.
Closures under 14 days: No refunds or pauses are given for shorter breaks, as these are already factored into our overall membership pricing.
Current Closure Dates: The studio will be closed from 22nd December 2026 until 6th January 2027.
Check the Schedule: We encourage you to check our live online timetable on Momoyoga or reach out to us directly if you ever have questions about upcoming holiday hours.
5. Membership Pause Policy
Memberships are meant to be consistent, but we know life happens. You can pause your Citta Flow Autopay Membership up to 3 times per calendar year for extended travel, medical recovery, or injury.
The Rules for Pausing:
Notice Needed: You must request your pause in writing by emailing hello@cittaflow.com.au at least 14 days before you want the pause to start.
Minimum Time: The minimum pause period is 14 days. We do not offer pauses for short holidays or brief absences.
New Members: Pauses are not available during your first 3 months of membership.
What Happens While Paused:
Your payments are temporarily frozen, and your next billing date will automatically shift forward to the date you would like us to restart your membership.
You cannot book or attend classes while your membership is paused.
Timing Note: Because memberships are billed monthly, a pause might not always line up perfectly to stop a scheduled payment right away. Don't worry—your dates will adjust, but please keep this in mind when planning.
Important Details:
No "Banking" Classes: Pausing simply freezes your access and billing during your absence. It does not "bank," roll over, or credit unused classes from before your pause.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, credits, or extensions for unused membership time, change of mind, illness, holidays, or if you move away.
Memberships can not be cancelled in the initial 3 month period. Membership cancellations must be requested with 14 days notice by email to hello@cittaflow.com.au
6. Courses, Workshops & Events
All Bookings are Final: We do not offer refunds or make-up classes if you miss a session, change your mind, or can no longer attend due to illness, injury, or moving away.
Let Us Know: If you can't make it, please cancel your booking so someone else can take your spot.
Transferring to a Friend: If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your spot to a friend! We just need at least 1 week's written notice via email at hello@cittaflow.com.au. Your friend will need to create a Momoyoga account and sign our waiver before attending.
7. Studio Cancellations
If We Cancel: In the rare event that Citta Flow has to cancel a class, course, or workshop, we will make it right. If you paid for a casual drop-in pass, you will receive a full refund. If you are using a class pass, the class credit will be returned straight back to your account.
8. Health & Illness Policy
Stay Home if Unwell: To keep our community safe, please do not attend class if you are sick. If you have a cold, flu, cough, sore throat, fever, stomach bug, or anything contagious, we kindly ask that you stay home and rest until you are fully recovered.
Why It Matters: Because we are a small studio with limited space, illness can easily spread and impact our teachers, students, and scheduled classes. Thank you so much for looking out for the health of our Citta Flow family!
9. Health & Safety
Keep Us Informed: Please let your teacher know before class starts if you are pregnant, injured, or managing any health conditions or concerns.
Listen to Your Body: Always work within your own physical limits and follow your teacher's guidance.
Liability: Participation in all classes is at your own risk. By joining a class, you agree that Citta Flow, its teachers, and its staff are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during your time at the studio.
10. Student Conduct
Respect the Space: We expect respectful, mindful behavior toward teachers and fellow students during all communications, in classes and events.
Our Right to Refuse Service: To ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable, we reserve the right to refuse service or ask a participant to leave if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
11. Age Suitability
Adult Classes (18+): Currently, all Citta Flow classes are designed for students aged 18 and older. This ensures the pace, content, and studio environment remain appropriate for adult participants.
Future Youth Classes: If we offer children’s or youth classes in the future, they will be scheduled and advertised separately. These will be designed specifically for younger students with all necessary safety measures in place, including Working with Children Checks for our staff.
12. Class Changes
Schedule Updates: Teachers and class times are subject to change.
Staying Informed: We always aim to keep our live schedule up to date on Momoyoga and will notify you of any last-minute changes via email or text.
13. Website Use & Privacy Policy
Website Content: The information on our website is for general guidance only and can change without notice.
Copyright: Please do not copy, reproduce, or share any content from our website without our written permission.
External Links: We occasionally link to external websites for your convenience, but we aren't responsible for the content or security of those third-party sites.
Your Privacy: Your personal details are safe with us. We protect your information in line with our Privacy Policy, which outlines exactly how we collect, use, and securely store your data.
14. Beginners Yoga 4-Week Course
By enrolling in our Beginners Course, you agree to the following terms:
Fixed Dates: This is a set 4-week program and can only be used for the specific dates you booked.
No Makeup Classes or Refunds: Because spots are strictly limited and held exclusively for you, we cannot offer makeup classes, refunds, or credits for missed sessions—including for illness, work, travel, injury, or moving away.
Non-Transferable: Bookings cannot be transferred to another person, including friends or family members.
Check Your Schedule: We highly recommend only enrolling if you are confident you can attend the sessions. This strict policy allows us to keep our course pricing fair and maintain our small, supportive group sizes.
Citta Flow has the right to update our Terms & Conditions at anytime. You will be notified by email of any changes.
Please note: when you purchase a class pass, and sign a waiver in Momoyoga you will be asked to read, and approve the above Terms & Conditions.
