Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is your weekly invitation to slow down, let go, and step out of the rush of everyday life.
Tailored especially for busy or overwhelmed minds that struggle to switch off, this practice offers a sanctuary of quiet, deep rest supported entirely by bolsters, blankets, and props.
As you sink into gentle, long-held postures with minimal movement and abundant stillness, soft lighting and quiet background music create a serene space to breathe, release tightness, and quiet the mind. Held largely in stillness, it is a moment just for you to settle, recharge, and reconnect.
Perfect for:
Deep rest and nervous system reset
Quieting a busy, overactive mind
Supporting better sleep and unwinding tension
Gentle, fully supported movement
Creating a quiet space to pause, breathe, and recharge
