The Heart of Citta Flow.
Citta Flow was founded by Bronika, whose personal journey with yoga began thirteen years ago.
Over the years, yoga remained her pillar of strength through life’s transitions. And after a shock breast cancer diagnosis in 2024, Bronika completed her teacher training and opened Citta Flow with a clear purpose: to create a sanctuary where others can experience the same transformative power of yoga.
Today, Bronika and the Citta Flow team want to share these life-changing benefits with the local community. Whether you are navigating a personal struggle or simply seeking more peace and balance, our studio is a space for you. We are dedicated to providing the same healing, growth, and connection that yoga has brought to our lives, taught with the clarity, compassion, and care you deserve.
The Meaning Behind the Name
The name Citta Flow was chosen to reflect the heart of our practice. In Sanskrit, Citta (pronounced chit-ta) represents the "heart-mind"—the center of our consciousness and emotions.
At our studio, we practice the art of letting thoughts flow. Rather than trying to quiet a busy mind by force, we use steady movement and breath to help your thoughts move through you freely. This "flow" allows the mental chatter to settle, creating space for the clarity and calm that lies within.
“Yogas citta vrtti nirodhah”
”Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.”
Our Team
Bronika Carter
After navigating her own life challenges, Bronika found her way back to steadiness through yoga. That experience now shapes how she teaches, with clarity, care, and deep respect for the individual.
Her classes are rooted in classical Hatha yoga, with thoughtful sequencing, breath techniques, and meditation designed to support the nervous system, build confidence in the body, and bring more ease into everyday life.
