Yoga Therapy Perth Hills

ABOUT

Personalised for your individual needs, goals and wellbeing.

Yoga therapy is a systematic integration of traditional yoga teachings and modern medical science. It customises functional movement, breath regulation, and mindfulness to match an individual's unique condition which is very different from a regular group yoga class.

At Citta Flow, Yoga Therapy begins with you — your experience, your goals, your lifestyle and what you would like support with.

YOGA THERAPY

How Yoga Therapy Works

  • 01. Understand

We begin with a personal 1:1 consultation which lasts for 60-90 mins. This is a relaxed conversation about you — your health, experience, lifestyle, challenges and what you'd like to work towards.

  • 02. Explore

Together, we explore movement, breath, relaxation and other appropriate yoga practices, considering your individual needs and strengths.

  • 03.Personalise

Your practices are brought together into a personalised Yoga Therapy plan designed to fit realistically into your everyday life.

  • 04. Progress

You'll have simple practices to continue at home, with follow-up support to reflect on your experience and adapt your practice as you progress. Plus small group sessions or 1:1 sessions at the studio for 6-10 weeks.

THE JOURNEY TO WELLBEING

Yoga Therapy starts with you

Every person brings a different combination of experiences, needs, strengths and goals. Our first step is to understand what matters to you and what you'd like support with.

Together, we explore appropriate yoga practices — including movement, breath, relaxation and awareness — and develop a personalised approach that can become part of your everyday life.

Yoga Therapy is a collaborative process. Your practice evolves with you, with space to reflect, adapt and build on what works for you.
