    Gentle Hatha gives you time to explore foundational yoga postures with clear guidance and mindful attention.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Deep rest, supported by yoga.

    A quiet, deeply restful practice using bolsters, blankets and other props to support the body in gentle, opening postures for longer periods of time.

    With minimal movement and plenty of stillness, the practice encourages relaxation, breath awareness and a quieter mind. Classes are held largely in silence, creating space to slow down, settle and restore.

What to Expect At Citta Flow

  • Small Classes

    With a maximum of nine students, your teacher can see you, get to know your practice and offer individual guidance throughout the class.

  • Clear, thoughtful teaching

    You'll be guided through each practice with clear, easy-to-follow instructions, including how to move into and out of poses, use your breath and work with your body.

  • Yoga Props Provided

    Bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps are available to support your practice, helping you find stability, comfort and the right level of support in each pose. Just bring your own mat.

  • Personalised practice

    You'll be offered options and variations throughout class, allowing you to explore each practice in a way that suits your body, experience and energy on the day.
