At Citta Flow, everyone is welcome. You might be stepping onto the mat for the very first time, returning after a break, or looking to explore your practice more deeply. Wherever you are on your yoga journey, our classes will meet you with mindful movement, breath awareness, and deep relaxation.

We teach from the heart, drawing on the traditions of Hatha and Slow Flow, with care, clarity, and respect for each person. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — simply come as you are.

Meet your Yoga Teacher

Hi, I’m Bronika — a yoga teacher, wife, mum, and Kalamunda local. Originally from the UK, I made Australia home with my family 16 years ago.

Yoga has supported me through life’s ups and downs for over 12 years. That personal journey inspired me to undertake a Yoga Australia–accredited 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which I’m currently completing (200+ hours so far, graduating 350 hrs in November 2025).

I offer nurturing Hatha yoga classes designed to help you move with ease, reconnect with your breath, and feel more at home in your body — all at your own pace.

Whether you’re a beginner, senior, or simply seeking a gentler approach to yoga, you’re warmly welcome here.

Why Citta Flow?

Citta (say it like chit-ta) is a Sanskrit and Pāli word meaning the heart–mind — the constant flow of thoughts, feelings, and awareness.

In yoga, calming and focusing the citta helps bring balance, clarity, and a deep sense of ease.

Citta Flow is about moving with that mindful awareness, letting body, breath, and heart work together in harmony.

Here in Kalamunda, Citta Flow is more than a yoga class — it’s a little pocket of calm in a busy world. Our classes are small, friendly, and truly welcoming, so you’ll never feel like just another face in the room.

We take the time to get to know you, guide you with care, and offer options that work for your body on any given day. No pressure, or competition, just a space to breathe, move, and feel supported.
