This Yoga for Cyclists workshop is designed specifically to support riders who train hard but don’t always stretch or strengthen in balanced ways.

Cycling builds fitness—but without complementary movement it can lead to:

    Enhance breathing efficiency for endurance

Support recovery and reduce post-ride stiffness

Move more comfortably both on and off the bike

This session blends Gentle Hatha, functional strength, and breath-focused movement, making it accessible for all levels—no prior yoga experience needed.
