Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of conscious rest. Lying comfortably supported, you’ll be led step-by-step through a structured relaxation designed to regulate the nervous system and allow deep restoration.

Meditation Without Mysticism

Join us for a warm, welcoming 90-minute introduction to three classical meditation approaches. You’ll be guided through moving meditation, one-pointed concentration, and seated stillness—each building naturally on the last, so you can discover what feels most supportive for you.

Hormonal Change

A practical, grounded workshop designed for those navigating midlife and menopause.
This session combines gentle Hatha, breath techniques to support menopause, and considered sequencing to support energy levels, joint comfort, sleep quality, and nervous system regulation.
