Himalayan Yoga Journey

Delhi – Rishikesh – Jaipur – Agra
12–22 November 2026

A small-group journey to experience India with steadiness, clarity, and care.

Over ten days, we will travel together through Northern India — practising daily yoga, exploring sacred and historical places, and allowing time to absorb the rhythm of the country.

This journey has been thoughtfully planned so you can feel supported from arrival to departure, with experienced local guides, carefully selected accommodation, and a considered pace of travel.

What makes this journey special

01 / Daily Gentle Yoga

Most days begin with steady, breath-led gentle yoga.

The practice is accessible and thoughtfully structured, designed to help you feel clear, balanced, and prepared for the day ahead.

Morning sessions may take place on the banks of the Ganga, where the early light and quiet atmosphere offer a rare sense of perspective and calm.

Classes follow a gentle Hatha approach and are suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced students who value a considered, grounded practice.

02 / Cultural Depth & Exploration

Guided by experienced local English-speaking hosts, we will explore Rishikesh, long regarded as the home of yoga, walk to mountain waterfalls in the Himalayan foothills, and rise early for sunrise at Kunjapuri, overlooking the valley and distant peaks.

From there, we travel to Jaipur to experience its architecture and layered history, before visiting the Taj Mahal in Agra — a monument best appreciated slowly, with time to take in its scale, symmetry, and craftsmanship.

Each destination has been thoughtfully chosen to offer cultural depth, perspective, and a meaningful experience of Northern India.

03 / Small Group Journey

We will travel in a small group, with comfortable, air-conditioned transport and a considered pace that allows time to rest and absorb each destination.

Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged, with experienced local guidance providing cultural context and insight along the way.

Accommodation has been selected for comfort, character, and location. Breakfast and dinner are included daily, creating a steady rhythm to the journey and allowing you to focus fully on the experience..

  • India is said to be the birthplace of yoga. Practising there offers context and perspective that cannot be fully understood from a studio alone.

Morning light on the banks of the Ganga.
    Quiet foothills beneath the Himalayas.
The rhythm of daily life woven with spiritual history.

In India, yoga is not separate from culture — it is part of the landscape.

Travelling in a small, guided group allows you to experience this with steadiness and support. Daily Hatha practice, cultural exploration, and time to reflect create a journey that deepens both understanding and practice.

For many, the experience shifts how they see yoga — and how they return to it at home.

  • This retreat is well suited to those who:

    • Practise yoga or keen to try yoga, and value a steady, structured approach
    • Are curious about India’s cultural and philosophical roots
    • Prefer travelling at a considered pace
    • Appreciate small groups and thoughtful planning
    • Seek depth and perspective rather than spectacle

You do not need to be an advanced practitioner or an experienced traveller.

A willingness to engage, observe, and practise consistently is far more important than experience.

A Journey That Stays With You

India has a way of shifting perspective.

The early mornings on the Ganga.
The rhythm of daily practice.
The scale of the Himalayas.
The conversations shared along the way.

It becomes less about sightseeing and more about context — for yoga, for travel, and often for yourself.

Many return home with a deeper understanding of their practice and a steadier sense of connection to it.
