Meet the Founder
Bronika Carter - Studio Owner/Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Bronika—most people call me Bron. I am the Studio Owner and Yoga Teacher at Citta Flow Yoga in Kalamunda.
After years of navigating corporate burnout, I originally turned to yoga as a way to find true connection and understand myself better. Over the last 13 years, this personal practice became my anchor, supporting me through significant periods of change and helping me stay grounded through life’s challenges.
This journey ultimately led me to teacher training, where I developed a deep appreciation for a practical, anatomically sound approach to yoga that is accessible and sustainable for everyday life.
I teach a classical style of Hatha yoga with a focus on clarity, stability, and breath-led movement. My practice is deeply rooted in functional anatomy and movement sciences. To further deepen this work, I am currently undergoing advanced studies in Yoga Therapy, focusing on both traditional and modern medical perspectives on major health disorders. This allows me to safely specialise in working with students experiencing illness, injury, or chronic conditions, offering highly tailored, evidence-based modifications.
My approach is simple and considered: yoga does not need to be complex or performative to be effective. At Citta Flow, my intention is to offer a calm, welcoming space where people can move with greater ease, build strength gradually, and leave feeling more grounded, clear, and at ease in themselves. Whether you are completely new, returning after a break, or navigating a health condition, you will find a steady, supportive foundation here.

Your Yoga Guides
Linda Hollenberg
Yoga TeacherLinda’s calm and organised nature ensures every session feels intentional, well-paced, and cared for from start to finish.
Yoga began for Linda as a gentler way to care for her body after years of ballet, gradually becoming a lifelong source of steadiness and calm. Following a long-held dream to teach, she trained in Hatha/Vinyasa yoga and now specialises in Chair Yoga, Yin, Prenatal, and Restorative practices.
Her classes are slow, supportive, and deeply calming, creating space to soften, breathe, and unwind. With a soothing guiding voice, Linda leads restorative sessions designed to support nervous system regulation and ease tension.
Each class is rooted in stillness and reassurance, offering a welcoming environment where students can move without pressure and leave feeling grounded, restored, and refreshed.

She thoughtfully weaves yoga philosophy, anatomy, and an understanding of the nervous system into her classes, with breath at the centre of her approach. Movement is guided in a way that builds awareness, resilience, and ease.
She creates supportive, welcoming spaces where students can explore their practice at their own pace, leaving class feeling nourished, balanced, and connected both on and off the mat.
