About Citta Flow.
Welcome to Citta Flow, a calm and welcoming space in the heart of Kalamunda where yoga is taught with compassion, mindfulness, and heart.
At Citta Flow, we move at a steady pace, with gentle breath and mindfulness to honour the body as it is. Our classes are designed to support healing, strength, balance, and reconnection — guiding you back to the stillness that already lives within you.
We believe yoga is not something we do — it’s something we live. Our intention is to create a community sanctuary, the local heart of yoga in Kalamunda, where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect to their innate wholeness. Here, there’s no need to perform or strive for perfection. You are welcome just as you are.
Citta Flow comes from the Sanskrit term citta, meaning the mind or consciousness in Indian yoga philosophy. When the mind is steady and calm, we can connect to peace within — and that peaceful state begins to flow into every part of our life. Citta Flow invites you to experience that inner flow, where movement, breath, and awareness meet.
My Yoga Journey — and How It Can Support You
Hello, I’m Bron — founder and teacher at Citta Flow.
My journey with yoga began as a personal path of healing and rediscovery after life’s challenges, including a stressful business career and recovery from breast cancer. Over time, yoga became more than a practice — it became a way of living with awareness, kindness, and courage.
I’ve had the privilege of learning from teachers who have shared yoga and meditation for over 30 years. Their wisdom, rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga and yogic philosophy, continues to guide me both on and off the mat.
My teaching draws from these classical foundations — combining breath, mindful movement, meditation, and self-care practices that nurture the nervous system and restore balance. Every class is designed to be accessible, supportive, and steady, offering you space to reconnect and simply be.
Outside the studio, I’m often found sipping coffee with my husband, trying to keep plants alive in my garden, or cooking up something nourishing, whilst encouraging my son to leave the keyboard and explore the great outdoors.
In every class, my goal is simple: to help you leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected to your body, breath, and yourself — with calm, clarity, and a little bit of joy.
Namaste,
Bron
