My Yoga Journey
Over the past decade, yoga has been a constant source of strength, clarity, and calm in my life. What began as a way to support my own well-being, physically, mentally, and emotionally evolved into something much deeper. Yoga helped me navigate major life changes, recover from breast cancer, and stay grounded through challenging times. It’s through these experiences that I truly came to understand the healing power of movement, breath, and stillness.
That’s what inspired me to begin teacher training and open a space where others can reconnect with themselves, especially those recovering from injury, illness, or the demands of everyday life. I know what it’s like to feel depleted, uncertain, or disconnected from your body. My approach is gentle, inclusive, and mindful—focused on creating space for you to move well, feel supported, and come home to yourself.
