A Yoga Practice Designed for Every Body.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time, returning after a break, or simply looking to move with more ease, build strength, and find calm in your day—you’re in the right place.

Yoga is often misunderstood as something only for the young and flexible, but the truth is it’s for everyone—at every age, every body type, and every level of experience.

My classes are thoughtfully designed with clear guidance, gentle pacing, and plenty of support to meet you exactly where you are. There’s no pressure to perform or go beyond your limits, just safe, accessible movement that helps you feel stronger, steadier, and more connected to your body.

Whether you’re managing a health condition, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to nurture your wellbeing and stay mobile, you’re warmly welcome here. We’ll take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you and your body.

My Yoga Journey — and How It Can Help You

Over the past decade, yoga has been my steady source of strength, calm, and clarity, especially through life’s big changes and health challenges. What started as a way to find time for myself grew into something much deeper. Yoga helped me recover from the trauma of being diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 48, multiple surgeries, navigate the unknown, and stay grounded when life felt overwhelming.

My yoga journey has taught me patience, compassion and given me strength. I now want to share my love of movement and breathwork with you. In my classes you will find gentle support and healing through movement, breath, and stillness.

Whether you’re recovering from injury or illness, facing the challenges of everyday life, or simply wanting to move with more ease and confidence, my classes are designed with your needs in mind. Together, we’ll focus on moving safely, building strength and balance, and finding calm, all in a way that honours your body and your journey.

No matter where you’re at, you’re welcome here.
