Are your classes suitable for children or teens?
Our classes are designed for adults and are open to students 18 years and over.
This keeps our teaching consistent, ensures everyone’s safety, and aligns with our insurance requirements. Can my child/teen attend with me if I supervise them?
Thank you for asking — however, our studio is an adults-only space, so we’re not able to accept anyone under 18 in any class, even with a parent or guardian present.
Do you offer classes for under 18s?
Not at this stage. Our focus is on gentle, accessible adult yoga.
If children’s or teen yoga becomes available in the future, it will be announced through our newsletter and social media channels. Why is the age limit 18+?
This guideline keeps everyone safe and supported.
Adult classes include practices, pace and teaching cues designed specifically for grown bodies, and our insurance requires participants to be 18 or over.
