Our Story

At Citta Flow, we teach steady, structured Hatha yoga grounded in breath. Our classes are designed for adults who want to release tension, build strength, and move with confidence.

We offer small-group classes in Kalamunda, giving you the space, guidance, and personal attention to practise safely and consistently — whether you’re a beginner, returning to yoga, or experienced.

Our approach is clear, considered, and supportive. Every class is thoughtfully sequenced so you can develop steadiness, strength, and calm without pressure or performance.

Why “Citta Flow”?

“Citta” pronounced “chitta” is a Sanskrit word referring to the mind-stuff, or consciousness— the place where our thoughts, emotions, and experiences arise.

The mind is constantly moving and changing. Rather than trying to block those fluctuations, yoga helps us observe them with steadiness and allow them to move through us.

“Flow” reflects this idea — the natural movement of breath, body, and mind within the practice.

At Citta Flow, yoga becomes a space where you can move, breathe, and allow the mind to settle in its own time — creating a sense of clarity, steadiness, and ease.

Meet the Founder

Bronika Carter - Studio Owner/Yoga Teacher

After navigating her own life challenges, Bronika found her way back to steadiness through yoga. What began as a personal refuge 13 years ago gradually became a daily anchor — a practice that helped her move through stress, health setbacks, and the demands of modern life with greater clarity and resilience.

That experience now shapes how she teaches: with calm guidance, thoughtful progression, and deep respect for the individual in front of her.

Her training and classes are rooted in classical Hatha yoga, with steady sequencing, breath techniques, and meditation designed to regulate the nervous system, build quiet strength, and restore confidence in the body.

Bronika believes yoga should feel supportive, not performative — and that the true measure of practice is how you feel when you leave the room.

Yoga Teacher

Linda Hollenberg

Yoga began for Linda as a kinder way to care for her body after years of ballet. What started as physical recovery gradually became a lifelong anchor of steadiness and calm.

Following a long-held dream to teach, Linda now specialises in Chair Yoga, Yin, Prenatal, and Restorative practices. Her classes are slow, considered, and deeply supportive — offering space to soften, breathe, and settle.

Linda’s teaching is rooted in stillness and reassurance. She creates a welcoming environment where students can feel comfortable in their bodies, release tension, and move without pressure.

Her sessions are especially suited to those seeking gentle strength, nervous system support, or simply a quiet hour to reset.

Yoga Teacher

Sally Flintoff

Yoga Teacher

Sally has been practising yoga for decades and brings a depth of experience to her teaching. With comprehensive training across Hatha, Yin, and Kundalini yoga, her classes are grounded in tradition while remaining practical and accessible.

Her teaching is thoughtful and steady, informed by yoga philosophy, anatomy, and a deep understanding of the nervous system. Breath is central to her approach, guiding movement in a way that builds awareness, resilience, and ease.

Sally creates calm, supportive spaces where students feel safe to explore their practice at their own pace. Her approach — both on and off the mat — is heart-led, grounded, and deeply nourishing.
