6-Week Beginners Hatha Yoga Course

Start your yoga journey with confidence and care.

This 6-week course is designed for complete beginners or those returning to yoga after a break. You'll be gently guided through the foundational postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and some basic meditation practices that form the heart of traditional Hatha yoga.

Each week builds on the last, helping you develop strength, flexibility, and body awareness at your own pace. You'll learn how to move safely, use props for support, and connect with your breath to create a sense of calm and clarity.

No experience needed—just a willingness to have some fun, explore, move, and breathe.

  • Beginners and anyone interested in correct alignment of postures, meditation, and breathwork techniques.

    It’s a slower paced class, with lot’s of demonstration and instructions.
