At Citta Flow, we specialise in small-group Hatha yoga taught with deep respect for individual bodies. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or confident, you simply need to arrive as you are.

We offer two simple and supportive ways for new students to begin their yoga journey with us.

Begin with our Beginners Hatha Yoga Course - Starts Tue 3rd Feb & Sun 8th Feb.
4 Week Beginners Course
Best place to start if you are new to yoga.
This 4-week course is designed especially for people who are brand new to yoga or feeling nervous about joining a regular class.
You’ll learn in a small group with owner - Bronika, moving slowly and building confidence step by step.
This pathway is ideal if you:
• have never practised yoga before
• feel unsure or anxious about starting yoga
• want clear, gentle instruction
• prefer learning in a small supportive group
• would like a slower, structured introduction
What’s included:
• one weekly class for 4 weeks (Tue 6.30 pm) or (Sun 11 am)
• clear guidance through the foundational postures of Hatha yoga
• gentle breath awareness and techniques to calm the mind
• time to move slowly through poses and ask questions
• a supportive, welcoming group of 9 students
• a Beginners Booklet to take home
We offer both evening and weekend Beginners Courses to support shift workers and students with flexible schedules.
Investment: $120 (includes workbook)

Tuesdays 6.30-7.45 pm

Sundays 11.00 am - 12.15 pm

30 Day Intro Pass – 6 Classes for $75
A calm, flexible way to explore our classes and find your rhythm.
This option is perfect if you:
• would like to try different class styles
• prefer a gentle introduction without committing to a course
• are returning to yoga after a break
• would like to attend once or twice per week
Your Intro Pass allows you to attend up to six classes over 30 days and discover which classes feel right for your body and your goals.
One time offer per student.
Excludes: Chair Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Retreats, Workshops, Beginners 4 week Course.
A great low pressure start to a sustainable practice.

If the Beginners Course is running, this is the most supported way to begin. If it’s not currently available, the 30 Day Intro Pass is a gentle and flexible way to get started.
We teach for whoever is in the room, that day, that class. So you will never feel like you have turned up to a class where you are expected to keep up.

Yes — absolutely. Our Hatha and Gentle Hatha classes are suitable for beginners, and all classes are taught with clear guidance and options.

Not at all. Yoga at Citta Flow is about how a pose feels, not how it looks. You are welcome exactly as you are.

If you’re unsure, we usually recommend starting with the 30 Day Intro Pass. It gives you time to explore the studio, meet your teachers, and discover which classes suit you best.
If you’re brand new to yoga and would love step-by-step guidance in a small group, the Beginners Course is a wonderful place to begin when it’s running.
