Thinking about starting yoga but not sure where to begin?

Our 4-week Yoga for Beginners program is designed to help you build confidence, learn the foundations of yoga, and feel comfortable stepping into a class environment — without pressure or needing to be flexible.

This supportive course is ideal for complete beginners, anyone returning to yoga after time away, or those wanting a slower and more guided introduction to practice.

Over 4 consecutive weeks, you’ll learn:

  • Foundational yoga postures

  • Breath awareness and relaxation techniques

  • Safe movement and modifications

  • How to build a sustainable yoga practice

  • Confidence to join regular studio classes

Classes are gentle, welcoming and suitable for all ages and abilities.

Spaces will be limited to keep the classes supportive and personal.
