Welcome to Citta Flow: Studio Policies & Etiquette
Welcome to our boutique yoga studio in Kalamunda, Perth Hills. Because our beautiful studio is designed for a peaceful experience and strictly holds just 9 mats per class, we rely on our small community to keep things running smoothly.
By booking a class, course, or membership with us, you agree to follow the policies outlined below. These guidelines ensure fairness, safety, and a calm atmosphere for everyone.
1. Booking, Arrival & Settling In
Online Bookings Only: To secure one of our 9 spots, all classes must be booked in advance via the Momoyoga app or website. We cannot accommodate walk-ins, cash, or manual payments at the door.
When to Arrive: Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you have plenty of time to transition from a busy day, enter the room, and settle quietly onto your mat.
The Locked Door Policy: To protect the safety, focus, and quiet immersion of our students, our studio doors lock exactly at the scheduled class start time. Late entries are strictly not permitted. If you do arrive late and find the door locked, please do not knock on the doors or windows so we can keep the space peaceful for those inside. Missing class due to lateness is treated as a No-Show inline with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Leaving the Outside World Outside
Shoes at the Door: To keep our practice space grounding, and clean, please place your shoes on the shoe rack provided right outside the studio door before entering.
Disconnecting to Reconnect: Our studio is a sanctuary from the digital world. All phones and smartwatches must be switched to 'Do Not Disturb' or completely turned off, and stored away inside the studio with your personal belongings. We ask that no glowing screens or vibrating devices remain near the mats during practice.
3. Cancellations, Late-Cancels & No-Shows
Because space is so limited, a last-minute cancellation or empty mat directly impacts fellow yogis and our independent teachers.
How to Cancel: All cancellations must be processed directly through your Momoyoga app. We cannot accept cancellations via text, email, social media, or verbal messages.
The 2-Hour Window: If you can no longer make it, please cancel at least 2 hours before class starts.
Class Pass Holders: Cancelling less than 2 hours before class (a late-cancel) or failing to show up (a no-show) will result in that class pass being forfeited.
30-Day Yoga Intro Offer: Late-cancelling or no-showing twice within a 14-day period will incur a $20 penalty fee, and the studio reserves the right to cancel the introductory offer.
Bulk Booking: We kindly ask that students do not "bulk book" classes across the week and cancel them last minute. Repetitive holding and booking of classes may result in membership cancellation.
4. Unlimited Membership Policies
To keep our Unlimited Membership prices sustainable, we ask that you please review the following policies:
Late Cancellation Fee ($25): Effective Monday, 15th June 2026, if you cancel an Unlimited Membership booking 2 hours or less before class start time, a $25 fee will be automatically charged to your card on file.
Fair Use Booking Policy: If an Unlimited Member late-cancels (2 hours or less notice) or no-shows 4 or more times within a single calendar month, your ability to pre-book classes online will be frozen for 1 week. This count resets fresh every month.
Guest Passes: Unlimited members can bring one free guest per calendar month, subject to mat availability (paying members and pass holders take priority). Your guest must create a Momoyoga account and sign our waiver first, then you can email hello@cittaflow.com.au to request the booking. Citta Flow reserves the right to decline.
5. Pass Validity, Pauses & Cancellations
All Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds, roll-overs, or extensions on memberships, class passes, courses, or workshops for change of mind, holidays, illness, injury, or relocation.
Pass Expirations: Casual passes are valid for 1 month from purchase; 10-class passes are valid for 3 months. These cannot be paused or banked.
Membership Pauses: You can pause your Autopay membership up to 3 times per calendar year for a minimum of 14 days per pause. We require 14 days' written notice. Pauses are not available during your first 3 months of a membership. Please complete the Membership Pause form in our members area.
Membership Cancellations: Memberships cannot be cancelled during the initial 3-month period. Thereafter, cancellations require 14 days' written notice via completing a form in our dedicated members area.
Removing Your Card Does Not Cancel a Membership: Manually deleting your payment details or blocking a payment through your bank does not cancel your contract. The system will mark the payment as failed, retry up to 3 times every 48 hours, and automatically lock your booking account until paid. Please respect out Terms and Conditions and provide 14 days notice to cancel your membership. Log into the members area and complete our form to request cancellation of your membership.
6. Studio Closures & Class Changes
Annual Rest Breaks: Citta Flow closes for up to 2–3 weeks each calendar year (including public holidays) so our studio can be maintained, and our lovely teachers can rest.
For closures under 14 days: Payments continue as normal (this is already factored into your overall membership pricing).
For closures of 14+ consecutive days: Unlimited memberships will be automatically paused.
Class Cancellations by the Studio: We require a minimum of 4 students to run a class. If we must cancel a class, you will be notified via text/email. Class pass holders and fixed-tier members will have their class credited back. Unlimited Members and Intro Offer students are not entitled to roll-overs or compensation for studio-cancelled classes.
7. Courses, Workshops & Beginners Programs
Fixed Programs: Our 4-Week Beginners Yoga Course operates on fixed dates. Because spots are strictly limited and held exclusively for you, we cannot offer makeup classes, refunds, transfers, or credits for missed sessions due to illness, work, or travel.
Transferring Your Spot: If you cannot attend a workshop or event, you may transfer your spot to a friend with 1 week’s written notice via email. They must create a Momoyoga account and sign our health waiver before attending.
8. Studio Culture, Health & Safety
Age Suitability: All standard studio classes are designed for adults aged 18 and older to preserve the focused environment of our space.
Keep Us Informed: Please quietly let your teacher know before class begins if you are pregnant, managing an injury, or dealing with any health conditions. Always listen to your body and work within your limits.
Health & Illness Policy: If you have a cold, flu, cough, fever, stomach bug, or anything contagious, please stay home and rest. In an intimate 9-mat room, illness spreads quickly. Thank you for protecting our teachers and our Citta Flow family!
Mindful Conduct & Departure: We maintain a strictly zero-tolerance policy for disruptive or disrespectful behavior, whether in person or in digital communications.
As you leave the studio at the end of practice, we invite you to move slowly and leave taking that new sense of quiet out into the world with you.
Note on Payments & Tech: Citta Flow does not own Momoyoga, nor do we ever see, hold, or store your credit card data. All payments are handled securely via Stripe.
