Step 3: Take-Home Tools

  • 10-Minute Morning Warm-Up: A short, guided sequence to start your day grounded and steady, wherever you are.

  • 5-Minute Breath Pause: A simple technique you can drop into anytime to calm your mind, reset your nervous system, and feel centred again.

Step 4: Built-In Consistency
Lock in your weekly class times. No guessing, no decision fatigue. Just simple, repeatable structure that sticks.
