We’re a friendly, heart-led yoga space in Kalamunda, offering classes especially for beginners & seniors.
Our approach is gentle and supportive, with a focus on what really matters: moving with more ease, building balance and strength, and finding a little more calm and clarity, inside and out.
Whether you’re returning to movement, adjusting to changes in your body, or simply craving a space to stretch, breathe, and feel connected, you’ll be met with kindness, and clear guidance.

You know that feeling when you get out of bed in the morning and your body is a bit stiff, or your balance isn’t what it used to be?
That’s exactly what we work with in our yoga classes for seniors. We guide you through a gentle paced class where you can stretch, move, breath and reset - without pressure, pain or pretzel style poses. Just real yoga, for real people.
You’ll leave with a flexible body and a calmer mind, better balance and (maybe some new friends) feeling more connected with yourself, your breath and your day.
Meet your Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Bronika — a yoga teacher, wife, mum, and Kalamunda local. Originally from the UK, I made Australia home with my family 16 years ago.
Yoga has supported me through life’s ups and downs for over 12 years. That personal journey inspired me to undertake a Yoga Australia–accredited 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training, which I’m currently completing (200+ hours so far, graduating 350 hrs in November 2025).
I offer slow, nurturing Hatha yoga classes designed to help you move with ease, reconnect with your breath, and feel more at home in your body — all at your own pace.
Whether you’re a beginner, senior, or simply seeking a gentler approach to yoga, you’re warmly welcome here.
