Hi, I’m Bronika—most people call me Bron. I’m a Kalamunda local and a yoga teacher, offering down-to-earth Hatha yoga that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you’re looking to release tension, manage pain, reduce stress, or feel stronger and more connected, my classes gently guide you through mindful movement, breath, and meditation, with warmth, compassion, and a touch of lightheartedness.

Classes available for all levels – from beginners to advanced

    General Hatha

    A dynamic class for healthy beginners through to experienced students, with variations offered for all levels.
    You’ll build strength, mobility, and flexibility through a mix of movement and held poses—guided by breath and awareness throughout.

    Gentle Hatha

    A slow, supportive class for all levels — including beginners, those with injuries, limited mobility, seniors and everybody!
    We use gentle movement, props, and breath to release tension, calm the mind, and support healing and deep rest.

    Hatha Flow is a style of yoga that combines steady, classical Hatha postures with gentle, flowing sequences that link breath and movement, moving mindfully with awareness.

    We use a chair for seated or supported standing poses. Accessible and confidence-building friendly, fun yoga.
