What is Winter Flow Practice?
Winter Flow Practice is a 12-week seasonal container at Citta Flow.
You continue your regular yoga classes as usual, but your practice is now held within a wider seasonal structure designed to support consistency, softness, and continuity through winter.
There is nothing extra you need to do.
No challenge to complete.
No set number of classes to achieve.
No pressure to perform or keep up.
Just practice, supported by the season.
What this season supports
Winter Flow Practice is for anyone who notices that winter changes their relationship with routine, movement, or motivation.
It supports you to:
stay gently connected to your yoga practice
move through periods of low energy without disconnecting completely
reduce the stop-start cycle that often happens in colder months
feel supported rather than pressured to maintain consistency
return to practice without needing to “start over”
This is not about doing more.
It’s about staying in relationship with your practice, even when it looks different.
HOW IT WORKS
How It Works
You attend classes at Citta Flow as you normally would.
There is no separate timetable, app, or extra system to manage.
Your practice is simply held within the Winter Flow season.
Alongside this, there is a gentle Winter Flow acknowledgment:
Every 8 classes attended is quietly recognised as part of your consistency through winter. You will go into a draw to be rewarded with extra class passes, money off an existing membership, or a local wellness experience.
This is not a reward system or a goal to chase.
It is simply a way of noticing steady practice through a slower season.
What You’ll Experience
Winter Flow Practice is not about intensity or transformation.
It’s about continuity.
You might notice:
it becomes easier to return after a break

There is no special start date.
You step into Winter Flow simply by continuing your practice at Citta Flow this season.
Existing members are already part of the container.
New students can begin with the Winter Intro Pass.
If you’re unsure, you don’t need to decide everything at once — you can simply come to a class and begin from there.
