Citta Flow Yoga – Spirit of the Himalayas - India Yoga Journey
Early Bird Pricing ends 10 March 2026.
General Conditions
Guests are expected to respect the venues, accommodation, guides and fellow travellers throughout the journey. Any damage to property or belongings is the responsibility of the guest.
Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.
Attendance on this retreat is by approval, and Citta Flow reserves the right to decline a booking where we feel the retreat may not be the right fit.
We are unable to offer refunds or credits for:
Late arrivals or early departures
Missing yoga sessions, excursions or meals
Not using transfers or other included services
Illness or personal circumstances during the trip
All guests must agree to these terms and complete a waiver at the time of booking.
Payments
Payment schedule:
$1,000 deposit to secure your place
Final balance due (1 August 2026)
Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in forfeiture of your place and payments made.
Payments by credit card may incur processing fees. Bank transfer is available.
Early Bird pricing is available until 10 March 2026.
Your deposit must be paid before this date to receive the Early Bird rate.
Cancellation by You
Due to commitments made to accommodation, transport and tour providers, all payments are non-refundable.
For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is essential and should be purchased at the time of booking.

You may transfer your place to another person if you are unable to attend, subject to approval and any applicable administrative costs.
Cancellation or Changes by Citta Flow
Citta Flow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat if:
Minimum numbers are not reached
Events occur outside our control
If this occurs, you will be offered:
Transfer to a new date
Credit for the amount paid
A full refund of retreat payments made
Citta Flow is not responsible for flights or other travel booked independently.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is required and should cover:
Medical treatment overseas
Trip cancellation
Travel delays and interruptions
Please consult your insurer to ensure your policy is appropriate.
Twin Share Bookings
If a guest in a twin room cancels, we reserve the right to:
Place another guest in the room, or
Offer a single room upgrade at the current single supplement rate.
Health & Personal Responsibility
By booking, you acknowledge that:
Travel in India involves walking, sightseeing and changing environments
You are responsible for managing your own health, medications and personal needs
If you become unwell during the retreat, you may be asked to rest or refrain from group activities until recovered.
Free Time and Personal Choice
This journey includes time to rest, explore and enjoy each destination at your own pace. Participation in activities and excursions is always optional.
Inclusions
Your retreat includes:
10 nights accommodation
Breakfast and dinner daily
Airport transfers on arrival and departure days
Private transport throughout the tour
Domestic flight within India
Guided sightseeing and entrance fees
Waterfall walk and Kunjapuri sunrise experience
Cultural visits and excursions
Experienced English-speaking tour guide
Daily yoga
All applicable taxes
Some activities may be weather-dependent and alternatives may be arranged if needed.
Not Included
International flights
Visa fees (a valid Visa to travel to India is required) details will be provided by Citta Flow. Proof of Visa is required by Citta Flow and Tour Booking company in India.

Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward:
Local culture and customs
Other participants
Guides, drivers and accommodation staff
Citta Flow reserves the right to remove a participant from activities if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate. No refund will be given in this circumstance.
Photography
During the retreat, photographs may be taken for studio use in marketing or social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before departure.
Local customs in Rishikesh
Rishikesh is located in the state of Uttarakhand, where the sale of meat and alcohol is restricted in many areas, particularly around the river and temples. During our time in Rishikesh, meals will be vegetarian and alcohol is not served. This is part of the local culture and tradition, and many people find it adds to the peaceful atmosphere of the area.
