Linda Hollenberg
YOGA TEACHER
About Linda
Linda's calm, thoughtful nature ensures every class feels intentional, unhurried and carefully guided from beginning to end.
Yoga first entered her life after she stopped dancing ballet at the end of Year 12. After years of training more than 15 hours a week, she was looking for a gentler way to support both her body and mind as she transitioned into university life. She often laughs that she probably first discovered yoga through a glossy magazine article about Madonna—but from her very first class, she was hooked.
Over the years, her practice has evolved from a physical discipline into a lifelong source of steadiness and calm. Following a long-held dream to teach, Linda completed extensive yoga teacher training and now shares the practice in a way that reflects the welcoming philosophy of Citta Flow.
With a soothing voice and reassuring presence, Linda creates a space where students can slow down, breathe deeply and move without pressure or expectation. She gently encourages students to notice their breath, listen to their bodies and use both as anchors for awareness, helping them leave class feeling calmer, grounded and restored.
Outside the studio, Linda finds joy in reading, baking and revisiting favourite comfort shows. She also loves travelling to London and Paris, where you'll often find her wandering galleries, museums, gardens and markets, imagining she lives there. Curious by nature, she enjoys learning, listening to people's stories and discovering what makes them unique. And if you've ever wondered... yes, she really does organise everything in rainbow order!
